I have been looking for exactly this tool for a few years and have not had the expertise to write it myself. I manage a church website that includes content from several different areas of responsibility. I have always wished those who head up various ministries and functions (who are not necessarily technical) could add content themselves rather than submit it to me to add. This is the way I envisioned it, and I am thankful someone has finially done it. It will save me a huge amount of work.
