  The WAP Services Are Coming
Posted on Wednesday March 15, @01:41AM Pacific
Net Devices PhoneFish announced a service that will allow people to access their existing POP3 email from any WAP enabled phone. With the PhoneFish service you can read, send, reply, delete and forward email messages all from your very own phone. PhoneFish is charging $3.95 per month for this privilege.

Fear not, we should soon be seeing advertiser supported services. Ericsson will be releasing an advertising product for WAP in the near future. The company says the ads can be tied to the users' location. There will be no escape.
