We have literally thousands of satisfied customers and repeat customers. Perhaps you were using a beta version of the product from an earlier release. If you are having any type of support issues with the product please contact us directly at support@wallstreetwise.com. As an added support tool we also maintain an active Yahoo Instant Messenger link for support accessible from our JSpell spell checker web site http://www.jspell.com and we maintain a Yahoo club for JSpell at http://clubs.yahoo.com/clubs/jspellspellchecker.

Really i can not understand how you can say that you have thousands of satisfied costumers where since 3 weeks im trying to get technical support from Wall Street Wise Software , including emails, help desk system messages and even phone calls, all to request the Brisith English Dictionary.
Here are some examples of how your company works:
- Not Answer to the Contact Us Messages.
- Not Answer to the Emails.
- Not Answer to the phone, you run an Answer machine.
And of course, thanks to you i can not finish one application because if you dont note, here in England we speak British English.
Really im surprised of the guts that you have to say that you have Thousands of satisfied costumers while you dont give the proper support to your costumers.
Still i have the hope that some day your company will attend the phone, or answer some emails or technical support request, but believe me that im will contact consumer goverment agencies in the USA to complaint.

You purchased JSpell on May 19th. It has not been four weeks since purchasing. In that time, we have relocated our offices, changed our phone systems and had a major U.S. holiday. If you would like a refund please let me know.

Instead of waste your time counting the days between the purchase date and the message date (that anyway is excesive), why dont answer the message that i sent like reply on May 29? I will remind you in case that you forgot, we dont a refund, we want the British English version like you stated in your page , we invest time and money to use your product so please send me that version.
And really this time dont waste your time inventing an excuse, i dont care if you can not answer the emails because was the national day of the soap operas in the USA or something like that, the only thing that i care about the product that i payed for and the time that we invest in the development of the web.
And seriously , i think that you are bussinesman and know like consumer i have rights, so please try to sort this ASAP, because really this discussions are a waste of time and each time is going worst and is very easy to sort it out : just sending the proper software.
Kind Regards

My company purchased JSpell back in October. The folks at JSpell had no trouble taking our order and allowing us to download the binaries. Since then, they have not returned ONE phone call. When you call the Solution Cafe, they give you some bogus crap about moving. The call service refuses to give a pager number and says they will "forward a message to JSpell." There is a bug in JSpell's client code (a scroll bar is missing) that should take five minutes to fix. I guess they're too busy getting ready for next year's hurricane season.
