hmm look at the web site..56 bit encryption signed by Verisign in South Africa (the company is based in Califonia).
Netcraft probes report IIS on FreeBSD...
all very 'interesting'. Either they are trying to be clever and foil the script kiddies or somethings afoot.

I don't know which site you are talking about, but the "Cape Town, Western Cape, ZA" is standard for Verisign certs (or was before they merged with Thawte). I haven't a clue why.
