Thanks to the popularity of the original Web Apps for Web Developers feature, I've put together another collection.

The Cardinal JavaScript IDE
Develop an ASP Database interface at LiveWizards.com
HTMLWorks! provides an HTML IDE in your Browser
Web Site Garage and NetMechanic deliver many of the same features - repair HTML errors, find broken links, check load time, schedule automatic tests and optimizing your images
The JavaScript Generators allow one to create customized JavaScript code that can then be pasted into your website
and finally DHTML Dynomat helps one create complex DHTML scripts, such as Hierarchical Menus and Cross-Browser JavaScript Dialogs

DHTML, Baby!

DHTML Dynomat seems to tilt more to the discussion side.

Brainjar.com has a fairly simple cross-platform DHTML library and they also have explanatory docs and as a series of tutorials and samples

If your looking for some basic DHTML functionality, check Brainjar.com: it'll save you some time and fiddling.

I screwed up. DHTML Dynomat will write a script for you, you just can't use Netscape, which I was.
