Web Apps Punch WebGroups has made sharing documents via the web easy. WebGroups has taken the concept of file sharing and storage and built an extensive version-tracking system on top of it. Clicking on a filename in any folder reveals information on when and by whom the document was last modified. You can also see what version of a document is currently published, view all old versions, and lock the current version to prevent future revisions. WebGroups also provides wireless access. Via a WAP-enabled device, you are able to browse files, check member audit trails and version status. Once you have finalized your document, Punch can print, copy, bind and deliver documents as well.
