With GlobeXplorer you can get pictures of virtually anything on Earth as seen from satellites or planes. By combining images captured by aircrafts and satellites, GlobeXplorer's database contains nearly 12 terabytes of Earth imagery. GlobeXplorer can provide detailed images down to neighborhoods and city blocks. The archive is comprised of color and black-and-white images. The service combines the real images with MapQuest maps allowing you to get a good feel for what you are looking at.

This site is cool but it does not have great pictures of everything. Some are in black and white and some are even worse but over all it is a very cool site.
